Work on the program of preparation for the launch of spacecraft "Viasat-1" continues. / September 29, 2011 /

At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in the assembly and testing facility 92A50 foreign specialists are autonomous tests of the spacecraft, «Viasat-1». In the same experts GKNPTs them. Khrunichev, together with representatives of other companies of rocket-space industry in Russia carry out comprehensive tests of the system control carrier rocket «Proton-M» and are preparing for the upper stage «Briz-M» for transport to the gas station, where it will be done filling ingredients fuel and compressed gases.

Start space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Briz-M» spacecraft, and telecommunications «Viasat-1» is supposed to perform in the second half of October.
