The State Commission has decided to roll out the carrier rocket "Soyuz-U" on the launch pad. / October 28, 2011 /

On Baikonur under the guidance of the head of Russian Federal Space Agency, VA Popovkin a meeting of the Technical Guidelines and the State Commission, which examined issues of availability of space rocket «Soyuz-U» to transport cargo vehicle (THC), «Progress M-13M» to be exported to launch complex.

After hearing reports on the results of tests of the launch vehicle and spacecraft for technical complexes, availability of forces and means for the upcoming launch site for the export of works, the State Commission decided to hold the October 28 export ILV «Soyuz-U» with THC «Progress M-13M» from the assembly-test facility site № 112 at the launch complex area 1.

Start shipping to RKN SC is scheduled for 05.00 GMT.

Start ILV «Soyuz-U» with THC «Progress M-13M» is scheduled for October 30.
