At the Launch Complex pl.200 Baikonur continue to prepare for the launch of space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Breeze-M» spacecraft communications and «Viasat-1».

During the second launch day joint calculations the space industry and foreign customers were conducted functional testing of the spacecraft, «Viasat-1», carried out test set starting willingness rocket «Proton-M» taking advantage of measuring points spaceport operations performed on simulated refueling tanks rocket propellants.

At the end of the spacecraft, «Viasat-1» has moved from board to ground power. Specialists conducted processing and evaluation of telemetry data, after controlling for a set of home readiness carrier rocket «Proton-M».

Tomorrow at 8:00 GMT scheduled meeting of the Technical Guidelines, which will evaluate the results of testing and simulation systems ILV fueling rocket «Proton-M». Calculations of the foreign customer will hold the charge onboard batteries of the spacecraft and its final functional test. Starting the calculations the space industry will realize Docking filling and drainage connections to the RN. All units and systems will be presented in its original state.

Start space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Breeze-M» spacecraft and communications «Viasat-1» is scheduled for 22:48 GMT on October 19.
