Preparation of INMARSAT 5 F1 for Launch Begins at Baikonur. / November 15, 2013 /

Today in the clean room of the assembly & test building, Site 92A-50 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, the foreign specialists supported by specialists from the Yuzhny Space Center, TsENKI Division started the autonomous tests of the Inmarsat 5 F1 telecommunication satellite.

The launch of the Proton-M carrier rocket with the Breeze-M upper stage and Inmarsat 5 F1 satellite is scheduled for December 2013.
