Spacecraft "KazSat-2" passes the test record. / October 19, 2011 /

In the Center Space Communications, located in g.Akkol (Kazakhstan), launched a credit test spacecraft «KazSat-2», launched successfully completed July 16, 2011 the carrier rocket «Proton-M» from the Baikonur Cosmodrome

During the scoring of tests planned for the complete processing cycle management of the spacecraft. Also from the ground control station is planned to test the payload and the satellite communication system of monitoring.

«KazSat-2» — the second national telecommunications satellite of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The device is designed to provide television broadcasting, fixed and data communications in the satellite communication system «KazSat-2». Service Area — Republic of Kazakhstan, Central Asia and Central Russia.

The satellite was created at the Center Khrunichev in cooperation with Russian and foreign companies (FSUE "Satellite Communications», Alcatel Alenia Space, etc.).
