September 21, 2011 in 2 hours 47 minutes Moscow time from Launch Complex 81 area Baikonur cosmodrome successful launch of space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Briz-M» and the spacecraft (SC) that run in the interests of the Russian Defense Ministry . In 11 hours 48 minutes Moscow time the spacecraft was separated cleanly from the upper stage and handed over the management of the customer.
