ISS orbit adjust. / October 27, 2011 /

October 26 in accordance with the program ballistic support the International Space Station scheduled for another correction of its orbit.

The maneuver will be conducted using the corrective engine service module «Zvezda».

According to the ballistic Service Mission Control Center Engineering Research Institute engines will be included in the 16 hours 52 minutes Moscow time (12:52 GMT) and will work 114 seconds. As a result, the ISS will receive an additional boost of 1.82 meters per second. The average height of its orbit will increase by 3.2 kilometers and will be 390 kilometers.
