Spacecraft of the American space agency Terra get images of the Kamchatka volcano Karymskii «work».

All photos were taken by the radiometer installed on the Terra ASTER. In the picture clearly shows that the volcano is currently active. Earlier it was reported that in addition Karymsky in the Far East stepped up another three of the volcano.

Last Karymskii significantly «animated» in March 2009, and in the state of activity, he resides since 2001. In March, the dust released volcano, covered the snow around the volcano 30 kilometers to the Pacific coast. This landscape was also filmed by Terra. Terra satellite was launched in 1999. It has five basic tools for studying the earth’s surface, as well as monitoring of climate and environment. More recently, using equipment installed on board managed to get the most detailed to date topographical map of the Earth.
