Proton-M/Breeze-M/Echostar-15 roll out took place this morning at Baikonur.
The LV was delivered to launch pad 200 and erected. Experts of the industry commenced L-3 operations.
The Proton is to loft US telecommunication Echostar-15 on July 10, at 22.40.
