NASA named the new launch date for Endeavour.

NASA attempts to launch the shuttle Endeavour to the ISS on May 16 reported on Monday on the website of the American space agency.

Launch is scheduled for 8:56 EDT (16:56 Moscow time), told a briefing director Mike Leinbach Launch (Mike Leinbach).

Scheduled for April 29 launch was delayed because of problems in the control unit heater an extra power pack, but now this problem is resolved. Specialists have replaced the block and brought him a new posting, said The Associated Press.

Mission Endeavour will be his last and penultimate in the 30-year U.S. program to launch the shuttle. The flights will be phased out after the launch of Atlantis in the summer of 2011.
