State Commission: Soyuz-FG with the PAC of the Soyuz TMA-20 is assembled and ready to be exported to the launch complex.

After hearing reports on the results of tests on the technical complexes, launch vehicle and spacecraft state commission has decided to export to the RCN UK tomorrow, 13 December, at 4.00 MSK.

The meeting of the State Commission has begun after the completion of works in Montana and testing facility site 112 Baikonur, where specialists of the space industry of Russia held a full assembly of the ILV. In line with the schedule warhead missiles (PAC Soyuz TMA-20 under the payload fairing) was first docked to the third-stage booster. After this installation was carried out emergency rescue system (SAS). In the afternoon, after inspection, the resulting assembly was shifted to the transport and installation unit and docked with the package of the first and second stage booster.
