Since on board the vessel when sent into space will not be people, for the withdrawal of Orion into orbit could be used one currently in launch vehicles, such as a series of Atlas »(Atlas) or Delta» (Delta).

In addition to the return of «Orion», a new development strategy for the American space industry involves the creation of the launch vehicle, heavy-duty. As the official said, its creation will start in 2015, after experts will choose one option from several designs proposed.

Implementation of all plans will be established in Florida (the state in which located, and the Kennedy Space Center spaceport), about 2,5 thousand jobs — more than expected to solve problems «Constellations». The development of appropriate infrastructure in the state will be allocated $ 40 million. Furthermore, additional 11,8 thousand jobs will be created for manned space flights, which will deal with private space companies.
