Baikonur Space Port: State Board Approves Soyuz TMA-20 Prime Crew. / December 15, 2010 /

Meeting of the State Board have just finished at Baikonur. The Board reviewed the reports of the crew readiness for the space mission and Soyuz-FG/Soyuz TMA-20 readiness for further prelaunch processing.

The State Board approved Soyuz TMA-20/ ISS-26/27 prime and backup crews, and gave the permission to continue Soyuz-FG/Soyuz TMA-20 prelaunch processing, including propellant filling. The launch is to take place tomorrow, Dec. 15, 2010, at 22:09 Moscow time.

The crew to fly is:

Soyuz TMA-20 commander, ISS-26 flight engineer, ISS-27 commander – Dmitry Kondratiev, Roscosmos

Soyuz TMA-20 flight engineer, ISS flight engineer – Catherine Coleman, NASA

Soyuz TMA-20 flight engineer, ISS flight engineer – Paolo Nespoli, ESA.
