In view of the agreement to hold the spacecraft launches from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, reached at a meeting of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.M.Masimova, resumed work on the preparation for the launch of a space rocket «Soyuz-FG» with the upper block (RB) «Frigate» and a cluster of spacecraft «Canopus-B» BKA («Belarusian spacecraft»), and TET-1, ADS 1B and ICA-FCI.

June 20 in the assembly and testing facility site 31 Baikonur carried unloaded from the container upper stage «Fregat», was in storage mode, and its installation on the workstation.
