One More Glonass-M Shipped to Baikonur. / August 25, 2009 /

One more Glonass-M spacecraft produced by Reshetnev ISS company has been shipped to Baikonur on Aug. 24 for further prelaunch processing.
The satellite is to be launched in one batch with two other spacecraft in Sept. this year. The first satellite of this batch was delivered to Baikonur on Aug. 12, the third one is supposed to arrive in early Sept.
Two batches of three Glonass-M are to be launched this year, thus providing 6 more satellites to enlarge GLONASS constellation.
