The final phase of the Rokot carrier rocket launch preparations with a spacecraft "Gonets-M has started at the cosmodrome Plesetsk in Arkhangelsk region, told RIA Novosti press-secretary of the Office of Press and Information Service of the Defense Ministry on the Space Forces Alexei Zolotukhin.
