In accordance with the State Commission at the Baikonur Cosmodrome on July 7th place on the export of Launch Complex 81 area and installation of the device in the launch of a space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Breeze-M» and the telecommunications spacecraft (SC) "Sirius-5 ".

Specialists of the rocket and space industry in Russia have transgressed to the planned work program for the first launch day.

Launching a spacecraft «Sirius-5» is scheduled for July 9.

Telecommunications spacecraft «Sirius-5» is intended to provide a full range of services direct broadcast, broadband and VSAT networks across Europe, the Baltic States and Africa.
