Work on the program "Souz - Kanopus - BKA." is continuing at Baikonur.. / June 26, 2012 /

At Baikonur continues preparations for the launch of a space rocket «Soyuz-FG» with the upper block (RB) «Frigate» and a cluster of spacecraft «Canopus-B» BKA («Belarusian spacecraft»), and TET-1, ADS 1B and ICA-FCI.

June 25 in the assembly and testing facility site 31 Baikonur space industry experts and representatives of the customer carried out a test disclosure solar panels of spacecraft «Canopus-B» and BCA.

Spacecraft «Canopus-B» № 1 is part of the space complex real-time monitoring of man-made and natural disasters for the earths surface taken in the visible wavelength range and transmitting the data by radio to the ground complex planning the reception, recording, processing and dissemination.

Belarusian spacecraft (BSA) — an integral part of the Belarusian space system (BPC), remote sensing and designed to meet the needs of the Republic of Belarus in the remote sensing data to solve problems of environmental management, environmental monitoring and control of emergencies for the economy of the Republic of Belarus.
