The state commission has made the decision on export carrying out on a starting complex of "Proton Th" with telecommunication companion Protostar-2.

At the cosmodrome Baikonur hard works on preparation for start of a rocket of space appointment «Proton Th» with block «Breeze Th» and telecommunication companion «Protostar-2» proceed.

Within two days on a technical filling station there was a refuelling by components of fuel and the compressed gases of tanks of low pressure block «Breeze Th». Tonight it has been successfully finished.

In the evening on May, 12th on Baikonur the meeting of a technical management and session of the State commission on which questions of readiness of the cosmodrome to export and start-up were discussed have taken place.

Transportation of a rocket with a technical filling station on a starting complex of a platform 200 cosmodromes has begun at 4.30 Moscow time.

Rocket firing of space appointment «Proton Th» with block «Breeze Th» and telecommunication companion «Протостар-2» is planned at 4 o’clock 57 minutes Moscow time on May, 16th, 2009.
