Soyuz-FG carrier rocket with Soyuz TMA-10M manned spacecraft installed on the Gagarin launch pad. / September 27, 2013 /

On 23.09.2013 at 05:00 Moscow Time in accordance with the State Commission decision, the Soyuz-FG carrier rocket with the Soyuz TMA-10M manned spacecraft was transported from the assembly-and-test building, Site 112 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
The carrier rocket was delivered to the launch complex, Site 1 (Gagarin launch pad) and installed in the launch pedestal. The ROSCOSMOS’s specialists started their works according to the first launch day schedule.
The Soyuz-FG with Soyuz TMA-10M and Expedition 37/38 crew to the International Space Station is scheduled for launch on 26 September.
The main Soyuz TMA-10M crew consists of Commander Oleg Kotov (ROSCOSMOS), Flight Engineers Sergei Ryazansky (ROSCOSMOS) and Michael Hopkins (NASA).
Their backups are Commander Alexander Skvortsov (ROSCOSMOS), Flight Engineers Oleg Artemyev (ROSCOSMOS) and NASA astronaut Steven Swanson.
