March 11, 2011 in Japan, there was a seismic disaster, which killed more than 20,000 people. Of these, 3167 are still unaccounted for. Property damage and environmental impacts can not be taken into account.

Was it possible to avoid such loss and damage? Yes, their reduction was possible. From 2008 to 2010 Russian geophysicist and mathematician Alexey Lyubushin in a series of articles and speeches at various forums, warned of the possibility of a catastrophic earthquake with a magnitude greater than 8.5. Do not believe check and understand the essence of the method would not …
And now another threat and a warning about the repetition of A. Lyubushin disaster in the next 2 years in the south of Honshu.

The experimental results are presented in Annex 1 and 2.
