The forecast of powerful earthquake for Kamchatka.. / November 12, 2008 /

The Analysis of the received geophysical data has revealed signs of preparation of strong earthquake in the Smoked-Kamchatka zone. According to parametres of rotation of the Earth and global электротеллурического fields quasisynchronism of display of anomalies at stations in Greece, Japan and Kamchatka was found out. Especially guard anomalies of proton diffusion at fund PET stations in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskij (director V.S.Bobrovsky) on October, 31st and on November, 4th, 2008 (the Appendix 1). Cloudy seismoindicators give potential magnitude М7.1 + (the Appendix 2). Isoseismicity of the Chandlerovsky trajectory of a pole within the limits of a 6-year-old harmonic 2002 and 2008 гг (the Appendix 3) is established. We will remind, 17.11.2002 in the Ohotomorsky zone have occurred powerful ЗМТ with М7.3. In 2008 event М7.7 predicted by us (the message from June, 7th, 2008). also is registered .

We will notice that since November, 11th on Kamchatka scale check of readiness of systems GO and ЧС has begun. Under the forecast of the Ministry of Emergency Measures for 10-17.11.2008 it is possible ЗМТ with М7 + in the Smoked-Kamchatka zone and Sakhalin.

Experts of NTs OMZ together with fund PET continue monitoring and the analysis of geophysical conditions on Kamchatka. The joint forecast is registered in Advisory council 12.11.2008 г (the Appendix 4).
