The earthquake Forecast for Sakhalin is prolonged till September, 1st, 2008.
Estimations of experts of the Center confirm preservation of threat of strong earthquake on Sakhalin with former parametres. The following was the basic arguments in favour of such estimations:
— change of a trajectory of a pole of the Earth 15.08.2008;
— occurrence of new cloudy seismoindicators over Sakhalin and Japan;
— powerful ionospheric responses 13.08.2008 against quiet geomagnetic conditions;
— occurrence of typhoon Vongfong which has changed the trajectory 15.08.2008
— proton anomalies from 16.08.2008
Thus we have anomalies in 5 classes of signs. The report on the Sakhalin experiment will be exposed on a site of the Center after September, 1st. We will notice, we «the Technique …» provides forecast prolongation totally till 28 days no more than 2 times. Accordingly, the estimation of efficiency of the forecast changes
