The earthquake has occurred according to our forecast declared in Seismocouncil of Russia on November, 12th, 2008. The message and some look-ahead signs have been exposed on the Center site on November, 12th. Victims and destructions were not that speaks depth of the centre ~ 500 km. At nazemno-space monitoring georotational, proton, geoelectric and cloudy signs have been revealed. Earthquake start has occurred on October, 30th in a magnitno-power tube-8/172 degree. The basic look-ahead elements are presented on the Card (the Appendix 1). It is necessary to note isoseismicity of events 2002 and 2008 on a 6-year-old harmonic. According to a 18.6-year-old lunno-tidal harmonic day-in-day on November, 24th 1971 on Kamchatka there was an event with М7.3.

Experts of the Center do not exclude the further succession of events towards strengthening of seismic activity in the Smoked-Kamchatka zone, especially in the first decade of December. More detailed analysis will be published on a site of the Center after December, 1st.
