The message on the site NTs OMZ on 8 September 2010 an analysis of the geophysical evidence on which the expert group NTs OMZ, the Center «forecast», Tula State University, School «Kosmometeotektonika» (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) was calculated earthquake prediction, valid up to 5 November (Annex 1). Referred to two seismic events of November 3, fell into the predictive zone (Annex 2). On the eve of earthquakes, on November 1 over Greece were observed cloud seismotectonic indicator.

Strong anomalies of geophysical measurements from 30.10 to 1.11 signals the preparation of powerful earthquakes. Remains a concern seismic situation in Europe, as well as in Central America and Indonesia. We note that our colleagues from the Centre, «Forecast» Tula State University on its website posted forecast a strong earthquake in Indonesia, M7, 5.
