Taiwan experiment: some results. / March 16, 2010 /

An important result of the experiment — three alleged hit seismic events in a 7 degrees radius predicted area. The initial prognosis was registered in Rossiyskom Expert Council (RES) 5.02.2010 valid until 12/02/2010. In accordance with the forecast 7.02.2010 earthquake with magnitude M6.3. Identification of additional geophysical features reported the more powerful event. Therefore, the forecast was extended for 14 days before 26/02/2010. An earthquake with M7.0 occurred in the coastal zone 26/02/2010 island of Okinawa. Then the forecast was extended for another 14 days until March 12 with the most probable dates of 5 and / or March 12 + — 2 days. Recall that our method provides a procedure to prolong the forecast total of 28 days is not more than 2 times in the identification of additional features, such as geomagnetic disturbances, the cloud of seismotectonic indicator of gravitational anomalies, etc. The actual event took place directly in Taiwan 4.03.2010 with M6.4 and fell into the predicted area — square 2 by 2 degrees. There was destruction, fires. Note, March 14, a strong earthquake occurred in the east of the island of Honshu with the M6.5. Worked 21 daily harmonica seismomagnetic meridian running from 19/02/2010.

The second important result was the successful co-ordinated operation of ground-space system of geophysical monitoring and exchange of geophysical data. The system includes:
1) the station gravity measurements in Tula (the developer and leader Dr. Martynov OV)
2) Station proton measurements in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Director Dr. Bobrowski VS, supervisor Dr. Kuznetsov DA)
3) Space-based monitoring of cloud cover geostationary and polar-orbiting satellites with a thematic treatment in NTs OMZ (head Doda LN, thematic processing Stepanov IV)
4) Stations elektrotelluricheskih measurements Kakioka, Memambettsu and Kano in Japan (http://www.kakioka-jma.go.jp/en/index.html)
5) The data of the Paris center of rotation of the Earth ( http://hpiers.obspm.fr )
On the basis of funds derived from 1.5 in NTs OMZ data involving experts of «Weather» (Tula) and the school «Kosmometeotektonika» (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) formed classes seysmoprognoznyh signs to develop projections in Taiwan and other areas.

Proceedings of the experiment is regularly exhibited at the sites of NTs OMZ (http://www.ntsomz.ru), Tula Center "Forecast» (http://www.nadisa.org ) and Russia-Taiwan site (http://www.intaiwan.ru ). The most important information is communicated to the management and experts of the center of seismological observations of the Central Bureau of Meteo Taiwan. However, the constructive cooperation with him failed. Hopefully in the future the situation will change.

Experiment in the Taiwan-Philippines-Okinawa area continues and becomes the 3rd stage. Dangerous period of geomagnetic disturbances of March 11-12, maintained until April 1. Cloud indicators of seismotectonic and geophysical features are given in Annexes 1, 2. The potential magnitude M6.4 +. The most probable date of March 25 or April 1 + -2 days.
