Taiwanese experiment: the another forecast came true. / April 27, 2010 /

From October 2009 to the present group of Russian researchers conducted seysmic forecast and monitoring experiment in Taiwan.
The result: five consecutive realization of forecasts with M6.0 + in a single pass with a M6.4 event 19.12.2009.

Another realization of the forecast stated in the RECs on March 19, occurred on 26 April 2010 seismic event in the coastal area of Taiwan with a magnitude of M6.5. Prognostic magnitude was M6.4 ± 0.2. The earthquake hit at 7 degree zone and coincided by date. It should be noted that the forecast also stated Subzone 1 on 1 degree to about. Taiwan, which occurred five earthquakes with magnitudes M5.1-5.5 on surface waves (in the background magnitude M4.3). After April 9, expiration of the initial forecast, he had twice been extended by 14 days and realized a 17 day (with methodical admission 28 days).

As earlier in the development of prediction, the data of gravity, protons, elektrotelluric measurements, as well as cloud seismotectonic indicator (CSI) on satellite images.

These data are presented in Appendices 1 and 2. Analysis of geophysical data revealed synchronous anomalies April 24, 2010 for all classes of symptoms. Particularly impressive anomaly on gravics and protons (Annex 1, bl. 1, 2, 3).

Cloud seismotectonic indicators appeared regularly on Taiwan-Philippine area, signaling the preparation of a strong earthquake. One of the fragments presented in Appendix 2. Here at kosmokarte are three operating systems (A, B, C). As the indicator with a length of ~ 660 km confirmed the potential magnitude M6.4 +. Seismomagnetic meridian running from the geomagnetic storm on April 5 gave the potential date, 19 or 26 April ± 2 days. The actual event occurred on April 26.

Predictions and experimental materials were presented April 9, 2010 Dr. I. Shugan in Central Marine Bureau in Taiwan and were seen by specialists «at large» (Appendix 3)
