The Russian Space Department has postponed device launch for two years a Fobos

Zeleony has explained the reason of carrying over of launch of device «Fobos-primer» on a following astronomical window necessity «to raise reliability of mission, to reduce risks and to guarantee success». Nevertheless, the made decision the director of institute named difficult.

Start of automatic space station has been planned for October, 2009. «Fobos-primer» should for 11 months reach a Marñian orbit, in April, 2011 to sit down on a Fobos, to take samples of a ground and to go back to the Earth. To return the device should in July, 2012.

In the middle of September it was informally informed that experts recommended to postpone device launch at least till 2011 of that the monitoring system of flight of «Fobos-primer» can not sustain long mission.
