The Tenth Annual All-Russian Open Conference “Actual Problems in Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space”. / November 13, 2012 /

The 10th Annual All-Russian Open Conference on Actual Problems in Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space (principal physics, methods and technologies for monitoring of the environment, and natural and man-made objects) will be held on November 12 – 16 2012 under the Russian Academy of Sciences and Federal Space Agency auspices. The conference is sponsored by the Space Research Institute of the RAS.

Following the tradition established last years, the out plenary session of the Conference devoted to the issues concerning the Russian satellite observation system state-of-the art and prospects of development, will take place at the NTs OMZ of the JSC Russian Space Systems on November 16 (Friday). The representatives from key organizations engaged in developing the domestic onboard imaging equipment and RESURS-DK, METEOR-3M, ELEKTRO-L, CANOPUS-V, RESURS-P, and MKA FKI ZOND-PP space complexes as well as specialists in Earth remote sensing from Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan will participate in the session.
