Baikonur continues preparation carrier rocket "Proton-M", intended to launch a spacecraft "KvettsSat-1". / August 3, 2011 /

In the assembly and test building site 92A-50 Baikonur continues the work plan with the carrier rocket «Proton-M», designed to run on the program «Proton-M/KvettsSat-1» (QuetzSat-1). Successfully carried out the assembly of the first stage booster. Today space industry professionals calculations do check the electrical connections between the blocks and rocket assembly cable network.

Launch space rocket «Proton-M» with the upper stage «Briz-M» spacecraft and telecommunications QuetzSat-1 is scheduled for September of 2011.
