At the Baikonur Cosmodrome, work is continuing on the program «Globalstar-2». Today, the upper stage (RB) «Frigate» was taken from a gas station in the assembly and testing building site after filling 31-40 propellants for further testing.

RB «Fregat» will be used to block entry into orbit spacecraft, «Globalstar-2».

Upper stage «Fregat», developed by Federal State Unitary Enterprise "NPO. SA Lavochkin "and is intended for spacecraft into orbit for various purposes of artificial satellites and interplanetary trajectories in the launch vehicles of medium and heavy class. RB «Frigate» is able to meet the challenges of translating one or more spacecraft in orbit to support workers and their breeding, the orientation of the spacecraft in front of his office, self-care to the working orbit.
