ISS-Reshetnev’s New Antenna Products of Space Purpose. / July 16, 2015 /

Experts from the JSC Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems (ISS) started designing the digital active phased array antennas including such their parts as low-noise amplifiers, solid state power amplifiers, and digital signal processing units.

The digital active phased array antennas are a part of spacecraft payload. They will allow the dynamic changing of antenna pattern, and increasing the pointing speed and number of beams when transmitting signals from communication satellites in orbit that will considerable improve the performance characteristics of future spacecraft.

The new product is expected to be manufactured and experimentally operated at the ISS-Reshetnev Company.
