The space vehicle "Progress-M-04M" went to the ISS.. / February 3, 2010 /

Russia carrier rocket Soyuz-U with a cargo spacecraft Progress M-04M was launched from Baikonur Cosmodrome at Wednesday morning, February 3, Interfax reports with reference to the Mission Control Center (MCC).

Launch of the Soyuz-U ", produced in 06:45, and the separation of the spacecraft from the third stage booster rocket in 9 minutes after the launch took place in normal mode, said representatives of the PCO.

Docking of «truck» with the ISS is scheduled at 7:26 Moscow time on February 5.

«Progress M-04M» will deliver to the station more than 2.5 tons of cargo, in particular, fuel for the maintenance of the ISS orbit, parcels, food, water and oxygen for the crew, scientific equipment, apparatus, consumables.

«Progress M-04M» — the fourth of the digital vehicle, which was sent into orbit. The first cargo ship, equipped with a digital control system, was launched to the ISS on Nov. 26, 2008. The last «analogue» «Progress» was sent to the ISS in July 2009.
