Soyuz TMA-16 Prelaunch Operations Commence at Baikonur. / August 11, 2009 /

Prelaunch processing of the Soyuz TMA-16 crew vehicle begis at Baikonur. The Soyuz is to head for the ISS on Sept 30.
The Soyus was unloaded from the transport unit on Aug.9 and accomodated in the electrical test atand. RSC-Energia experts began verifications.
