Held at 5 o’clock in the morning Moscow time, the State Commission decided to hold the filling and commissioning ILV «Proton» with spacecraft GLONASS.

Start planned to perform NE 13 hours 38 minutes Moscow time from the Baikonur space center area 81.

Currently starting calculations started work on filling the tanks of the carrier rocket «Proton» rocket propellant components.
