Soyuz TMA-20 scheduled to fly from Baikonur on Dec. 15 is fully ready for the space mission, RSC-Energia president Vitaly Lopota told news media at Baikonur.
The descent compartment of the vehicle was damaged during its transportation to the space port, and further on replaced by Soyuz TMA-21 descent capsule, RIA Novosti reminds.
According to Lopota, General Designers Review concluded about launch readiness of the vehicle after reviewing results of the final integrated tests at Baikonur.
He also noted that in order to meet the scheduled RSC-Energia personnel worked in three shifts.

Soyuz FG with Soyuz TMA-20 are due to fly today, at 22:09 MSK.
