Soyuz TMA-19 delivered to the ISS three astronauts.. / June 21, 2010 /

The Russian Soyuz TMA-19 with three crew members on board has docked to the ISS, according to ITAR-TASS. Joining the Union with the service module Zvezda Service Module "in the automatic mode, and ended at 02:21 for Moscow.

Launched June 16 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome Soyuz delivered to the ISS Russian cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin and NASA astronaut Shannon Walker and Douglas Wheelock, comprising the 24 th expedition.

According to a source in the MCC, newly arrived members of the 24 th expedition to the ISS should open the hatches and go to the station at about 5:25. They will join the astronauts working in orbit, Alexander Skvortsov and Mikhail Kornienko and astronaut Tracy Caldwell Dyson.

Members of the expedition to perestykovat «Union» with the module Zvezda module on the «Dawn» and make four spacewalks, the first of which is scheduled for July 26. Also, for the time spent on board the ISS, astronauts will unload and shuttle «Discovery» and three cargo spacecraft «Progress».
