In December 2010 at Plesetsk cosmodrome is planned to launch the first satellite Glonass-K. It will be implemented with the launch vehicle Soyuz-2 ", Interfax reports. Satellite part of the GLONASS system almost fully deployed. Currently in the orbital constellation has 23 spacecraft, 21 of them used for their intended purpose, two are in a group orbital reserve.
