Three Russian military satellites launched to orbit, RAI Novosti reported on Monday, July 6.

About the fact that from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region launched launcher «Rockot» with three satellites for military purposes,the Chief of the Information Space Forces of Russia Lieutenant Alexei Zolotukhin told .

According to Zolotukhin, the launch was the staffing and space vehicles will be displayed on the design orbit at 07:10 Moscow time. Other details are not reported.

RIA Novosti said that the conversion booster «Rockot» was created in the Center of Khrunichev-based intercontinental ballistic missile RS-18 (on the western classification — the SS-19 «stiletto»). The first launch «Rockot» held on 20 November 1990, the Baikonur cosmodrome. From the Plesetsk Cosmodrome launch «Rokotov» carried out since 2000.
