Soyuz-U Launches Progress M-28M from Baikonur. / July 3, 2015 /

The Soyuz-U launch vehicle with the Progress M-28M cargo ship was successfully launched by launching teams of the Russian Rocket & Space Industry’s enterprises from Pad 1 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome on 3 July at 07:55 a.m. Moscow Time.

At 08:04 a.m. Moscow Time, Progress M-28M separated from the third stage of the carrier rocket as planned in the designated orbit.

The cargo ship will deliver approximately 2381 tons of food, fuel, oxygen, experiments and supplies to the ISS.

Progress M-28M will dock to the Space Station’s Pirs docking on 5 July at 10:13 a.m. Moscow Time.
