Progress M-28M Cargo Ship Prepared for Launch. / June 23, 2015 /

The Progress M-28M cargo ship is being prepared for launch at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Today, on 23 June 2015, the spacecraft was transported to the spacecraft assembly & test building to undergo the final pre-launch processing: air-tightness test, preparation for docking the transfer compartment, and the ILV general assembly.

The day before, on 22 June 2015, the cargo ship tanks were fuelled with compressed gases and propellant components.

At once, the launching teams of the TsENKI Division Yuzhny Space Center are preparing the launch complex, Pad 1 (the Gagarin’s Start) for launch scheduled for 3 July at 07:55:50 a.m. Moscow Time under the ISS Program.
