The State Commission Has Decided to Roll Out ZENIT-2SB Carrier Rocket to Launch Complex. / September 2, 2013 /

At the Baikonur Cosmodrome the State Commission and Technical Management meeting on the ZENIT-2SB carrier rocket with the AMOS-4 telecommunication satellite readiness for rolling out to launch complex was held.
Based upon the reports on the results of the carrier rocket and satellite tests in technical complexes, and the readiness of the Cosmodrome strength and resources for forthcoming roll out activities, the State Commission decided to roll out the ZENIT-2SB with AMOS-4 from the assembly-and-test building, Site 42 to the launch complex, Site 45 on 29 August. The carrier rocket transportation to the launch complex will begin at 08:00 Moscow Time.
The ZENIT-2SB with AMOS-4 is scheduled for launch at 00:05 Moscow Time on 1 September.
