In the Center concerned citizens of Sakhalin with the request call to specify a place and earthquake date. Experts and analysts of the Center managed to localise a seismodangerous zone. It is a zone with radius in 1,5 degrees and with the centre (49; 142) (the Appendix 1). Date remains while former — till August, 15th. The specified zone partially coincides with one of areas under the long-term forecast of experts of Institute of physics of the Earth to G.I.Rejsnera and E.A.Rogozhina published in 2002 (Physics of the Earth, 2002, №3, s35-44). The scheme from this work is resulted in the Appendix 2. We will notice, the area of preparation of Nevelsky earthquake in August 2007 on the scheme is designated. The report of NTS ОМЗ on Nevelsky earthquake is resulted on our site in the message from March, 31st, 2008. On Sakhalin it is possible to consider as analogues of possible earthquake events in Uglegorsk 4.08.2000 and 17.11.2002 deep h 459, magnitude 7.3 in sea of Okhotsk. This independent problem dares experts of the Center in certain criteria and indicators within the limits of seismoforecast calculation. Still the problem of effective and concrete interaction of the Center about the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Emergency Measures is not solved. Really such simple trues and questions should be paid by a life of our fellow citizens?
