Is another seismic catastrophe coming?. / September 8, 2010 /

Analysis of complex geophysical data carried out by the expert group NTs OMZ, the Tula State University Center «Forecast», and the School «CosmoMeteoTectonic» (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) points to the preparation of a powerful earthquake before October 1 (Annex 1). One of the potential zones may be the Mediterranean (south of Italy or Greece), Turkey or the Vrancea area (Annex 2). Above them, 31.8 — 1.9.2010 cloud observed seismotectonic indicators. Vrancea zone was «highlighted» OS-mi 18 August (message from 20/08/2010 site NTs OMZ).

Note that in the context of the 2 stages of the experiment in the Mediterranean, according to the forecast, August 22 earthquake in the Ionian Sea with a magnitude of 5.4. The event took place against a background of activation of the volcano Etna (Sicily OA), which could cause a reduction of the threshold predicted magnitude of the earthquake.

This is to forecast and begins the third stage of the experiment.
